I'm wondering . This guy has to be either a genius or has too much free time. ZOMG. I wonder how long he took to practice this.
Also. This is the island-wide famous tart =D Its soooo nice. the crust is just right, not too hard, not too soft such that it crumbles, but yet with enough texture and flavour that does not overpower the centre bit, which wobbles like jelly and tastes like heaven, and that melt-in-your-mouth feeling, its just beyond the mortal realm of describing. It was so good I just had to savour it, mouth by mouth, the soft and hard goodness just too good to be true. I cant believe I lived so many years of life not knowing this ... this amazing thing. To prove that it's soft, we wobbled it =D.
