Today went out with my mother and aunt to Shangri-La hotel's Line restaurant to eat buffet, it was a real eye opener, true, I havent been to many , but I think this spread alone is better than Ritz Carlton's. After that went temple to pray, since me and my sis are having major exams this year. Below are a small portion of what I actually ate.
What I always go for first , it was really fresh and nice. And no fishy smell. Plus the chef did it on the spot.
Another item made by another chef, it was very nice, the texture was right and the sauce was great.
After many rounds of stuff, the dessert was marvellous, the top right hand was some sort of alchohol with raspberry and the ice-looking thing is actually jelly. The centre one is some sort of banana with chocolate. My favourite is the cake on the bottom left which is slightly sour, but not overpowering.
